Booking help

Include your booking confirmation number when asking about a change, cancellation, receipt, refund review, lost item, or trip-history correction.

Active trip help

Use Call Driver, Chat Driver, or Contact Dispatch in the app when available. For an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services first. ConveyPlus support is not a replacement for emergency services.

Accessibility

Contact us before a trip if you need a mobility, communication, vehicle, or other reasonable accommodation so we can coordinate the appropriate service.
