Terms of Service
By creating an account, booking transportation, riding with ConveyPlus, or using the ConveyPlus app or website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized account activity. You are responsible for bookings made through your account unless prohibited by law.
2. Bookings and availability
A request is not confirmed until ConveyPlus provides confirmation. Availability, vehicle type, driver assignment, route, ETA, duration, and fare estimates may change due to traffic, weather, flight changes, safety conditions, passenger needs, or other operational factors.
3. Fares and payment
You authorize applicable charges for confirmed transportation, tolls, parking, wait time, additional stops, trip extensions, cleaning or damage, cancellation or no-show fees, taxes, gratuity when selected, and other disclosed charges. Quotes remain estimates until finalized.
4. Cancellation and changes
Cancellation eligibility and any fee are shown or communicated for the specific booking. Airport, event, school, weekly commute, NEMT, business, health-care, group, hourly, and long-distance services may have service-specific terms.
5. Passenger conduct and safety
Passengers must follow law and reasonable safety instructions. Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, weapons, threats, harassment, and dangerous conduct are prohibited. ConveyPlus or the driver may refuse or end service when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.
6. Accessibility and medical transportation
Tell us about accessibility, mobility, or accommodation needs during booking. ConveyPlus NEMT is transportation and is not emergency medical care. For a medical or immediate emergency, contact local emergency services.
7. Live tracking and communications
Live location, ETA, push notifications, calls, and messages are operational tools and may be delayed or unavailable. Do not rely on the app as the sole means of obtaining emergency assistance.
8. Lost items
ConveyPlus will make reasonable efforts to locate and return property left in a vehicle but cannot guarantee recovery. Reasonable recovery or shipping charges may apply.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConveyPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, third-party systems, flight changes, or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, subject to applicable consumer law.
